I build the backend systems that keep businesses running at scale — and, more recently, the ones that integrate AI to make them run smarter. With 12+ years of production experience as a backend engineer across telecom, ERP, and travel-tech, I specialize in Java/Spring Boot, NestJS, and Python, with a disciplined focus on microservices and event-driven architecture.
Throughout my career, I have engineered systems where zero downtime and extreme concurrency are non-negotiable. At Syriatel Mobile Telecom, I led the architecture of a multi-service, event-driven Bulk Messaging System handling 3 million messages per day — doubling throughput with zero downtime during the SMPP carrier integration. At maids.cc, I designed backend marketing automation pipelines and integrated OpenAI and LivePerson to deploy intelligent, AI-routed customer support systems that slashed client response times.
My core engineering stack centers on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS. In current initiatives and side projects, I leverage Go and Kubernetes-native infrastructure to apply resilient distributed systems patterns to modern cloud ecosystems. Having relocated to Berlin, I partner with engineering teams and high-growth organizations to architect fault-tolerant backends, modernize mission-critical pipelines, and integrate practical AI automation.
